Birthday Girl

Today Poppy turns 14. It was cold and wet when I woke up and as always Issy was up for a walk. She'd walk in a snow storm. But Poppy was curled up in bed so I let her sleep. We had a lovely lunchtime walk but she chilled for most of the day. If I wanted to be true to...

How it all started (part 1)

On November the 22nd 2023 a close friend of mine sent me a text telling me about a dog she’d heard needs a home. I was unprepared for what was to come and it’s turned out to be the loveliest friendship. Here’s how it started.
